There are many words that help describe who I am:

I’m a grammar nerd (my mother says I have been forever). I’m a redhead. A Texan. A wife. A lover of cupcakes and a wannabe photographer. I have freckles, dimples and very little patience for drivers who don’t use their blinkers.

For more than 10 years now, my 9-5 life has been focused on words. Writing them, editing them, spinning them into stories. Sometimes my photographs play a part too. I love learning how people use words and photos as they work, play and grow. It’s all content, and we all use content to sell, persuade, influence and educate.

Whether it’s a speech or a website, a video or a snapshot, the content that we put out there for the world to see says a lot about us. With this blog, I plan to explore and learn everything I can about just that.
